This tour is an all-day trip filled with much attraction and involvement and suitable for all age groups. We travel from Marmaris having picked you up from your hotel in our fully air-conditioned luxury coaches. The distance we travel between Marmaris and Fethiye is 130 km roughly a two-hour drive. Our first stop is Ölü Deniz but we will tell you more about the region where you are travelling high up from your coach windows you will see a variety of stunning views along the way, culturally different regions of interest.
Villages, farmland, forests and varied of different countryside We pass Gocek famous for boating and go through the Gocek tunnel towards Fethiye. There are spectacular views of the countryside, islands and the sea and it’s like stepping back in time. As you climb out of Fethiye towards Ölü Deniz you can see amazing views of Fethiye. Fethiye an ancient town dating back to 500BC where Alexander the Great moored his fleet.
Ancient History surrounds all these places but today we head for Ölü Deniz which is incredible similarly. As you come down the hillside into Ölü Deniz the views of the plateau, sea, beaches and area are just outstanding. The Taurus mountains rise above you and Babadag mountain. You need to watch the skies to see the many paragliders that have taken off from the summit of PARAGLIDING FROM ÖLÜDENIZ. (dead sea – in Turkish ) because of its tranquillity and peacefulness.

Departure From Marmaris To Fethiye
After everyone got picked up we will depart from Marmaris to Fethiye with air-conditioned buses. The distance we travel between Marmaris and Fethiye is 130 km roughly a two-hour drive.
Reaching Fethiye Town Center & First Swimming Stop In Ölü Deniz
Our first stop is Ölü Deniz but we will tell you more about the region where you are travelling high up from your coach windows you will see a variety of stunning views along the way, culturally different regions of interest. We will stop here for 2 hours
Lunch Time
Lunch before we enter Saklıkent Gauge we stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Here you will enjoy a tasty buffet lunch that includes starters, has salads, rice fish or chicken.
Saklıkent – Canyon
Following this lunch break, you will enter Saklikent Gorge accompanied by your guide where you will explore this special place. SAKLIKENT – means ” hidden city – in Turkish ” It is a place you will love and return to many times. You walk up a gushing river and it’s just fun-packed all the way.
Abrasion of rocks formed the river by flowing through the Canyon for thousands of years. The entrance is by the bridge where you walk along a narrow suspended walkway into the gauge with rushing fresh cold water.
Return To Marmaris
After a lovely, interesting day, you will be turning back to the bus. Heading back to Marmaris and delivering everyone back to their hotels & apartments.

One of the most beautiful ways to admire Ölü Deniz, the Blue Lagoon and a myriad of small islands is from an exhilarating and adrenaline rush on a Paraglider from Babadag, which is nearly 2000 ft high. If this is your chosen activity, your Tour Guide will assist you in taking part in this unusual activity. It offers you a chance in a lifetime to soar high in the skies with breathtaking views. THE BLUE LAGOON is the most idyllic magnificent beach where swimming in the crystal-clear waters is pure joy.
The waters here are achingly beautiful gradients of pure turquoise and where Sapphire meets a pure turquoise green off the shoreline. There are stretches of beach dotted with sunbathers, and swimming is a pure delight. You can enjoy a refreshing drink if you wish, soak up the sun, relax, or walk around the area, which has a relaxing atmosphere.
Ölü Deniz is an interesting place with a honeycomb of streets, shops, restaurants and bars. Its compelling landscape is awesome and to be able to watch the paragliders land. It has a long pebble beach and is a sunseekers paradise. After two hours you board our coach for Saklikent.

You will notice as you walk sculptured rocks and the canyon sides high above the gauge.
It’s amongst the spectacular scenery of the Taurus mountains. Like nowhere else it is now a National Park The Canyon is 300 meters high and 18 km long Along with the gauge, you find narrow areas, springs, and waterfalls gushing out from the cliffs. The twists and turns of the river change rapidly and it’s just awe-inspiring.
At the entrance to the river, you wade waist-high safely through gushing water to walk up the river. It’s a pure fun experience. You need water shoes and if you don’t have any we can loan them to you. After this delightful time, you return to our coach to relax and enjoy the journey back to Marmaris and your hotel.
